These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FloridasBestPoolsReviews.com (the "Site"), operated by Florida's Best Pools("we," "us," "our"). By accessing the Site, you agree to these Terms.

The Site aggregates and displays customer reviews of Florida's Best Pools sourced from third-party platforms (Google, Facebook, Yelp, Thumbtack). The Site is owned and operated by Florida's Best Pools. See our ownership disclosure.
2. Use of the Site
You agree not to:
- Use the Site in violation of any law or regulation.
- Scrape, harvest, or republish reviews displayed here without permission of the original platform and reviewer.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site or any server or network connected to it.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, accounts, or systems.
3. Third-party reviews
Reviews displayed are the opinions of their respective authors, not Florida's Best Pools. We do not edit, alter, or selectively suppress reviews based on rating. Reviews are presented as received from the originating platform.
If you authored a review that appears here and want it removed or corrected, contact reviews@floridasbestpools.com.
4. Intellectual property
All text, graphics, logos, and site code not contributed by third parties are owned by Florida's Best Pools or licensed to it. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
Reviewer names and review text remain the intellectual property of the respective authors and the originating platforms.
5. DMCA / copyright complaints
If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice to dmca@floridasbestpools.com containing the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3): your signature, identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the infringing material with URL, your contact information, a good-faith statement, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate.
6. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
Reviews reflect the opinions of individual customers about services delivered at a particular point in time. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Florida's Best Pools, its owners, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the Site. Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Site is limited to $100.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Florida's Best Pools and its affiliates from any claim, demand, or damages arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
9. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
